I'm a coach, a dad, and a realist. I know what it's like to be busy, to have the best intentions and still fall short, and to feel like your body isn't keeping up with the version of yourself you want to be.
I've spent the better part of the last decade in the trenches. Personal training, coaching CrossFit, guiding nutrition clients. Constantly testing, researching, and cutting through the noise to find what actually works for people with real lives and real constraints.
